Info About The 1962 Mustang - With The Baby Boomer's Coming Of Age, We Were Ready For A Car That Didn't Look Like The Family Ride. Lee A. Iacocca Was In Charge Of Bringing A New Sports Car For The Next Generation Of Americans. The Long Front Hood And Short Rear Deck Was Popular, So This Was The First Proto-Type Mustang. It Was Built By Ford Of Germany. It Was A Two-Seater, With A Rear Engine, A 91.4 CID V-4 Rated At 109 Horsepower. It Had A Steel Cage Frame Of One Inch Tube, With Aluminum Skin, 90 Inch Wheelbase, Front Disc Brakes. The Body Had A Intregal Roll Bar, And Highly Advanced Aerodynamic Styling. There Were Two Radiator's One On Each Side Behind The Side Scoops. The Seat Was Fixed And The Controls Moved For Driver Comfort.Yes The New Generation Wanted A Sports Ca, And Ford Gave Them One!This Is The First.

Info About The 1963 Mustang - This car was Introduced At Watkins Glen, In New York. It Was Called A Mustang II 2+2. It Had Seating For Four, The Engine Was A Powerful 289 V-8 With A 4 Barrel Carb. The Engine Was Moved To The Front And It Didn't Have Bumpers. The Side Scoops Resembled The 66 Model. The Front End Looks Alot Like A 63 T-Bird. The Wheelbase Was 108 Inches.

Info About The 1965 H/T Convertible Mustang - This Mustang Model Is A Rare Classic Indeed Personally Have Never Seen One, Or Even A Photo Of It! My Step-Cousin Told Me, This Car Was Built, By A Father And Son Team. They Presented It To Ford As A Proto-Type For Production, And Ford Rejected The Ideal. He Told Me He Saw This Car At A Norwich, Conn. Car Show. It Is A 1965 Hard\Top Convertible! This Car Is A Very Rare One Of A Kind Mustang! It Is Strange That Ford Didn't Put This Model On The Market As They Had A 57,58,59 Fairlane 500 H/T Convertible Model.
